Horse-Hair pot with Bear Motif

This outstanding Native American Pot was handcrafted, hand-etched, and painted by Navajo artist Marcus Nelson. It is a horse-hair pot. Actual horse hair is added to the pottery at just the right moment in the firing process to melt the hair into the pottery.
