Onyx and Sterling Silver Bracelet

Pete Yazzie, a Navajo artist, crafted this beautiful Onyx and sterling silver bracelet. Pete Yazzie grew up in a large family on the Navajo Reservation and learned how to work with silver from his older brother. When he was only 12, he began making and selling his own jewelry to make money. It's hallmarked with the letters PY, which stand for Pete Yazzie, and sterling, indicating the metal used.
